Description
Jessica from Nest and Nurture is hosting this must do group at The Baby Room on the 4th Saturday of the month, 10am to 12noon.
Booking is essential to secure your place.
A gentle, welcoming monthly drop in circle for birthing people to explore birth in a supportive and nurturing safe space.
We’ll come together to explore different aspects of birth and birth preparation, helping you feel informed, connected, and more confident as you prepare to meet your baby. There is no judgement, no pressure, and no expectation to have all the answers, just honest conversations, exploration of information, and a chance to discover what feels right for you.
Together we’ll chat about birth preferences, informed choice and decision-making, interventions, navigating the unexpected, building your support team, and practical ways to prepare emotionally and physically for birth. There is also space to share fears, ask questions, and connect with others who are on a similar journey.
This circle is intentionally for birthing people only. Creating a space without partners allows for open, honest conversations, vulnerability, and the emotional safety to explore hopes, fears, and experiences freely. Held by a doula, you’ll be supported with compassion and reassurance, so you can leave feeling more informed, empowered, and connected to your own instincts.
If you’d like to explore birth preparation alongside your partner or birth companion, or would benefit from more personalised support, 1:1 sessions are available and can be tailored to your individual needs and circumstances
