IMPORTANT INFORMATION – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Do not come if you are at all unwell. If you become unwell after booking, please contact Jen Harris immediately.
Jen and Gill take a lateral flow test once a week and will report a positive test to Ladysmith School and isolate immediately.
Parking information can be found here: http://thebabyroomexeter.co.uk/travel
Aim to arrive at your parking space at least 10 minutes before the session to give yourself time to park and walk, take some breaths and get everything you need.
Use The Baby Room buzzer and let me know you are here, ENSURE THE GATE IS CLOSED AND DO NOT LET ANYONE IN BEHIND YOU. Put your mask on to cross the playground and keep it on until you are seated.
Please ensure you – and any guests with you – use the hand sanitiser as you enter.
At the beginning of the session please store your pram in the hallway facing the wall. As this is a small space please allow one person at a time in the hallway. You may need to wait outside on the ramp whilst each person parks and removes their baby and bag. Please be patient with others and remain 2m apart.
When you arrive we will take your name to check your booking, and we will then need to collect the name of anyone with you, including your baby. The Test and Trace QR code is in the hallway and in the room.
We have to keep the information that you provide for 21 days so that we can contact you if anyone in attendance at the session is found to have become unwell and Test and Trace have contacted us. This information will not be shared with anyone.
DURING THE SESSION
Please bring your own blanket, foldable change mat and any teethers or toys for your baby.
Face coverings should be worn when moving around the room, hallway and crossing the playground, but when you’re seated please feel free to remove so you can drink your cuppa and eat your cake! Hand washing and sanitising facilities are available and should be used on entering the space.
After the session, there is a code to exit the playground which I will give you on the day (please ask!) put your mask on when you get up to leave, whilst in the hall and as you cross the playground.
ENSURE THE GATE IS CLOSED BEHIND YOU AND YOU LET NO-ONE IN.
Any questions please message me via the contact page.
