Post Natal Excercise Classes

Run by Trudi Snell, Personal Trainer with 12 years gym experience and 4 years professional experience. Trudi is fully qualified to Level 3 on the Register of Exercise Professionals with additional training in Pre and Post Natal Fitness, Circuits (a particularly good all round form of efficient exercise) and core stability (the main focus of functional exercise).

Following the birth of her children Trudi found that there was a very limited range of exercise classes for pregnant woman and/or new mum's. So she got out her lycra and her fit balls and started some classes herself.

There are 2 different classes, one for everyone (Fat Burning Circuits) and 2 for post natal exercise.

Friendly classes are held on Tuesdays at Topsham Rugby Club.

This is the great bit!  - Babies are welcome to come too!  - Trudi (mum to 2 boys - 3 years and 5 months) is on hand to guide you through exercises designed to give you back the boobs and stomach you once had! Babies enjoy watching mums exercise and are fascinated by a star jumping parent! Trudi can shake a rattle while you shake your tush! Each are parent-friendly and incorporate children, with a play area and toys to keep them amused while mum's work out.

It’s £5 per class – Trudi offers a free taster class so you can see if you like it.
