Natural Parenting Group. Sling Library, Book Loans, Breastfeeding support, Cloth Nappies, Crafts and Friendships.There are plenty of lovely toys available and crafty activities like playdough or sticking for the children to do, as well as a short snack time. There is also a piano available should anyone musical wish to do any singing with the children! parents-to-be will always be welcome too. Term Time Only

This is a busy room of fun, light and airy and friendly, There are plenty of toys and a great play kitchen in one corner. There are snacks and drinks for little ones mid morning. Comfy chairs for parents and tea and coffee. Pushchairs live outside in the special shelter. The group is behind the primary school in a single story building. Walk uphill past the school and turn left on to Pretoria Road then left again through the gates.

America Hall is huge! So much space for burning off energy, there are loads of cars and    push along toys, pushchairs and ride ons, there’s a seesaw and a slide. There are craft    tables and various artistic activities.  Half way through the session we stop for a snack    and a drink with Tea and Coffee for grown ups. At the end of the session we sing some    songs whilst they toys are tidied away. The highlight of the group is the ‘Ready Steady Go’ game which involves running/toddling from one end of the hall to the other!

Ride on toys and a trampoline! Arts and crafts for ‘old enoughs’ and loads of toys for everyone. Juice and a biscuit followed by a sing song this is a lovely friendly group. Tea and coffee and a chat.
Top Tip - It’s not easy to find, the room is behind the church, as you look at the front of the building, walk down the path on the left hand side, there is a white UPVC door half way down the path...it’s in there!

 'www.dadsandlittluns.co.uk' - It’s a group of normal blokes, who also happen to be dads looking after their children during the week. Some are homedads full time. Some have part time employment, and do the childcare on the other days. Although it’s mostly fathers that come to the playgroups, mums are also welcome.

Top Tip!...Stay till 12.30 and eat your own packed lunch
